Optus has made some great changes to the way Optus Prepaid SIMs are sold, and customer ID verified. As of 1 February 2016, the AMTA form no longer needs to be completed at the point of sale.

This means that all you have to do is sell the SIM card to your customer and they fill out the form to verify their ID in their own time via the consumer Optus Activation webpage. Now you will be able to spend more time serving your customers and less time filling out forms! View the full press release
